Voting results of the meeting of BLT's creditors

PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (the "Company") would like to announce that, at a meeting of the Company's creditors this afternoon, the requisite majority of both the secured and unsecured creditors of the Company approved the restructuring plan proposed by the Company in the composition proceedings before the Jakarta District Court. The restructuring plan received overwhelming support, having obtained unanimous approval from the Company's secured creditors and a majority of 70% in number and 82% in value from the Company's unsecured creditors. The Company is greatly appreciative of the support and confidence shown by its creditors in today's vote. It remains for the Central Jakarta Commercial Court to officially sanction the restructuring plan that was voted on today. This is expected to occur on 18 March 2013. President Director of the Company, Mr. Widihardja Tanudjaja, said "we are overwhelmed and humbled by the spectacular show of support and confidence from our creditors. We must now work intensively to repay their confidence and bring Berlian Laju back to its rightful place as a major shipping player. We are very grateful to the many people who have worked intensively to assist us through this difficult period, particularly our advisors from Borrelli Walsh and Drew & Napier. We are also grateful to our Indonesian counsel, Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners". The Company will proceed to take steps to implement its restructuring plan following the sanction of the plan by Central Jakarta Commercial Court. Further details concerning the implementation of the Company's restructuring plan will be announced in due course
