PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (IDX: BLTA) announce its second quarter 2023 results for the six months ended June 30, 2023.
The Group’s performance can be shown by the increase of US$ 5,7 million in the Group’s net profit of US$ 8 million compared to the same period of the previous year of US$ 2,3 juta.
Operating revenues as of June 30, 2023 increased $10.5 million (44.7%) compared to the same period the previous year, this was due to good market conditions with the addition of 2 additional vessels chartered from PT Aswatama Samudera Nusantara (ASN).
In the second quarter 2023, The Group still operates 8 vessels consisting of 3 chemical tankers and 2 gas tankers owned by the Group, as well as 3 chemical tankers owned by affiliated companies. The Group believes in carrying out new strategies, operations, business management and financial sustainability risks that are better.
